Finally! At long Last! We're glad we waited. This is a microarrayer from the leading manufacturer of production instruments. This low-miles instrument was replaced by a higher-capacity model in a lab full of experienced professionals. The package is pretty close to what we consider an insanely good deal for a lab moving forward in their array program.
First, the system is complete. PC, pumps, humidifiers. Pins are included, adapters for plates, slides and nylon membranes are included. The service password and advanced users key are included. Everything. The lab is a serious microarray lab, and they've changed platforms, so they need none of it now. This is the user-friendly production model, it processes up to 120 slides at once (they doubled their capacity).
Including the PC means you get a head start. If your microarray project is new, this is the perfect instrument since it will take some time to outgrow. And you can keep the service contract.
